Request a Discovery Call

A focused first conversation to understand your context, test the strategic fit and identify where better educational architecture could create the greatest value.

Begin with the problem, not a predetermined product.

Use the form below to briefly describe your school, institution or system context, the problem you are trying to solve and the outcome you want to achieve.

You do not need to arrive with a fully developed project brief. The initial discussion is designed to clarify the opportunity, identify material constraints and determine whether Core Education Design is the right strategic partner.

Core Education Design is an independent practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any education department, system authority or software vendor. Where a recommendation involves a product or platform in which Core Education Design holds a commercial interest, that interest is declared in writing before any recommendation is made. The Governance page sets out the full position.

Tell us about your context

Provide enough detail to make the first conversation useful. Please do not include confidential student, staff or commercially sensitive information.

Information submitted through this form will be used to review and respond to your enquiry, assess potential engagement fit and arrange follow-up communication. It will not be sold, and it will not be used for unrelated marketing. Read the Privacy Policy.
After submission

What happens next

The purpose of the first exchange is to establish whether there is a credible strategic fit before either party invests time in a detailed proposal.

Your enquiry is reviewed

The information you provide is considered against Core Education Design’s expertise, current capacity and the likely value of an initial conversation.

You receive an initial response

Core Education Design will normally respond within two business days. Further information may be requested before a call is scheduled.

A focused Discovery Call is arranged

Where there is a potential fit, a 20-minute conversation will examine your context, priorities, constraints and highest-value opportunities.

A practical next step is identified

This may involve a diagnostic engagement, a scoped transformation project, further consultation or an honest recommendation that another pathway is more appropriate.
